Pizza Margherita - Recipe

Cooking Directions:
Prepare the pizza dough as described in section: How to make Pizza dough ↪ (required time, at least 1 hour).
In the meantime, in a small bowl mix the tomato sauce, the diced tomato sauce, oregano, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
Cover the rolled pizza dough with the tomato as previously prepared.
Spread a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza.
Bake in the lower shelf of the pre-heaten oven at 500 F for about 10/15 minutes.
Garnish with whole fresh basil leaves before serving.
Tips:
You may create your own pizza with the flavors you like the most such as pepperoni, vegetables, cheeses, prosciutto, sausages, mushrooms, ham or chicken.
