Ingredients
| • | Roast Beef, sliced | 1 lb | | • | Yellowfin Tuna in olive oil | 1 can | | • | Extra Virgin Olive Oil | 1 tbsp | | • | Capers | 1 or 2 tbsps | | • | Mayonnaise | 1 or 2 tbsps | | • | Lemon Juice | 2 tbsps | | • | Salt | to taste | | • | Pepper | to taste |
Cooking Instructions
- Lay the sliced roast beef in a single layer, add oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice on the top. Let rest for 30 minutes to marinate
- In the meantime, pour the drained tuna, the whole capers and the mayonnaise in a food processor and blend until you obtain a creamy, beige colored, sauce. Refrigerate if needed
- Cover the sliced roast beef with the obtained tuna sauce. If prepared ahead, refrigerate. Bring to room temperature, before serving
Tips:
In addition to the whole capers, you can add some pitted green olives to taste
To garnish your dish, you can lay on your preparation, some whole italian parsley or whole capers
