Ingredients
| • | Potatoes | 10 medium | | • | Ham | 1/2 lb | | • | Cheese, white Monterey Jack cheese | 1/2 lb | | • | Oil, Corn | 5 tbsps |
Cooking Instructions
- Peel and wash the Potatoes. Cut them into small cubes.
- Put the potatoes and the oil in a Microwave and oven safe pan. Cover with plastic film and Microwave at maximum power for 20 minutes or until ready. Pay attention to do not overcook. The potatoes must remain firm.
- Remove the film and cook in the preheaten oven at 400F for about 35 minutes.
- When the potatoes are sligthly brown mix add the cheese and stripes of ham and mix.
- Cook in the oven of another 10 minutes until the cheese melts. Mix and serve hot.
Tips:
To add some flavour to this recipe you can add some onions to the potatoes in the oven.
