Pesto and Mozzarella Tramezzini Rolls - Recipe
A really tasty idea for an original appetizer. Pesto and Mozzarella Tramezzini rolls will make you fall in love with their fresh flavor.

Pesto Sauce(see recipe ↪)
Cut the crusts off all the bread slices. Using a rolling pin reduce the bread to a very thin layer.
Spread a layer of Pesto Sauce on one side of the bread slice. Add one or two slices of Mozzarella Cheese and another layer of Pesto Sauce.
Slowly roll the bread slice to obtain a tight roll.
Wrap the rolls in a moistened dishcloth and put it in the fridge for about 4 hours.
Before serving cut each roll in 1 inch pieces.
The most the rolls stay in the fridge the tastier they become.
