Cooking Directions:
Clean the field salad leaves. Peel, core and slice the pears. Chop the celery and the walnuts. Mix all the vegetables in a large bowl.
In a small bowl mix mustard, salt and vinegar. Stirring, add slowly the oil and mix well.
You may dress the salad in the large bowl or serve it with the dressing on the side.
Tips:
You may wan to toast the walnuts baking them on a cooking sheet at 400 F for 3-5 minutes.
