Gazpacho - version II - Recipe
Enjoy this delicious gazpacho soup made from scratch with raw vegetables. Light and diet friendly, this recipe is perfect for those looking to eat something healthy and light or just as dinner appetizer.

Cooking Directions:
Before starting wash the cucumbers, the onions, the tomatoes, the garlic cloves and the cilantro. Cut in big pieces.
Place all the vegetables in a blender and blend to obtain an homogeneous puree then transfer in a serving bowl.
Season with cumin, nutmeg, salt and black pepper to taste.
Keep refrigerated and serve cold.
Tips:
Garnish with oyster crackers, toasted bread or crackers of your choice
