Pasta with Walnut Sauce - Recipe
Pasta with Walnut Sauce is an easy and quick vegan recipe with an elaborate and warm flavor. Perfect with Tagliatelle and Linguine.

Bring to boil in a large pot enough water to cook the pasta. When boiling, add salt and linguine or tagliatelle and cook for the time required for an "al dente" pasta.
In the meantime, grind in a food processor the walnuts with the pine nuts.
In a large skillet, heat the extra virgin olive oil and sautee the nuts for a couple of minutes adding the fresh chopped Italian Parsley. Adjust with salt.
When the pasta is ready, drain it with the help of a colander. Dress the pasta with the Walnut Sauce, garnish with a whole small bunch of fresh parlsey and serve.
