  • White Bread

    8 slices
  • Smoked Salmon

Cooking Directions:

Toast the white bread slices on both sides until golden. You can easily do it on a hot skillet or with a toaster.

Spread evenly some butter on one side of the hot bread slice.

Lay some smoked salmon on top and serve.


You can garnish each bruschetta or the serving plate with a small bunch of Italian parsley.

You can cut the slices in triangles and remove the crust for a more sophisticated shape.
