Spiced Mustard Pork Loin Bites is a tasty and original recipe for your dinner. The mix of Dijon mustard and mustard seeds brings on your table a yummy spicy flavor.

Cut the Pork loin in 1 inch wide bites.
In a large pan, melt the butter and cook the Pork loin pieces for a few minutes until slightly brown on each side. Let chill.
Brush the Dijon mustard on every piece of pork loin. Then spread a mixture of yellow and black mustard seeds over the meat.
Pour two tablespoon of oil in a large baking pan and add the pork loin bites.
Cook in the oven at 400 F for about 25-30 minutes or until brown and ready.
Serve hot with a side of baked potatoes or steamed rice.
As a serving suggestion you can prepare a yogurt and mustard dip sauce to dress the meat. Mix 1/2 cup of plain yogurt with one tablespoon of Mustard and a minced garlic clove. Adjust with salt.
