Red Butterflies Pasta - Recipe
Red Butterflies Pasta is a delicious recipe with a delicate and smooth taste. Feta cheese and fresh tomatoes well match with onions and red peppers for an amazing result. A must try.

Heat enough water to cook the pasta in a large pot. When boiling, add salt and wait until the water boils again. Add the pasta and cook for the time indicated for an \"al dente\" pasta.
In the meantime, cut the tomatoes and the feta cheese and set apart in a large bowl. Adjust with salt and white pepper to taste.
Wash and cut the red bell peppers and the onions and saute in a large skillet with the extra virgin olive oil for about 10 minutes or until cooked.
When the pasta is ready, drain and add in the large bowl to the feta cheese and fresh tomatoes.
Add the previously prepared red peppers and onions. Mix well and serve.
Farfalle is the Italian word for Butterflies, from which the name of this recipe derives. However, you may choose the pasta shape you like better.
