Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti Pasta

    1 lb
  • Garlic

    2 cloves
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    3 tbsps
  • Crushed Red Peppers

    1/2 tbsp
  • Italian Parsley (chopped)

    1 bunch
  • Bread Crumbs (optional)

    1 tbsp

Cooking Directions:

In a large pot, bring to boil enough water to cook your pasta. When boiling, add salt. Add the spaghetti pasta and cook until al dente as directed in the box.

In the meantime, chop and stir fry the garlic in olive oil together with the crushed hot pepper until slightly brown.

Drain the pasta, quickly stir fry the spaghetti with your spicy sauce, sprinkle with some freshly chopped Italian parsley and serve hot


Tips:

To add some consistency to the Garlic, Olive Oil and hot peppers sauce, just sprinkle some grated bread on top before serving.

This is a great pasta for every occasion: cheap, quick and really delicious. You can easily choose how spicy the pasta will be!
