  • Spaghetti Pasta

    1 lb
  • Yellowfin Tuna in Olive Oil

    1 can
  • Capers

    2/3 cup
  • Garlic

    2 cloves
  • Tomato Sauce

    1 12 oz can
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    2 tbsps
  • Salt

    to taste
  • Black Pepper

    to taste

Cooking Directions:

Before starting, mince the capers and drain the tuna.

Finely cut the garlic and saute in a large pan with olive oil.

Add the drained tuna and the minced capers and cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes

Add the tomato sauce, adjust with salt and pepper, and let simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is ready (al dente)

To garnish, add few whole capers on the top of the spaghetti before serving.
