Octopus in tomato sauce - Recipe
Octopus in tomato sauce is a great recipe for an exquisite and yummy seafood dish. Bring the flavors of the sea on the table with this tremendous meal.

Prepare the octopus as described in How to Cook an Octopus ↪.
Finely shred the onion and briefly cook it with the olive oil on medium heat.
Cut red peppers and tomatoes. Add them to the onions.
Cook for a few minutes then add 1 cup of water. Add salt as needed and cook thoroughly for about 30 minutes.
Cut the octopus tentacles in slices and the head in strips.
Blend the tomato sauce previously prepared and add the cooked octopuses.
Serve with toasted sliced bread rubbed on one side with a garlic clove.
