Soy Sauce and Red Chili Chicken - Recipe

Wash and clean the chicken legs. With the help of a knife, cut small slits on it.
In a large pan heat the unsalted butter and caramelize the shredded onions and the minced garlic cloves.
When the onions are golden brown, add the chicken legs.
Add to the pan: soy sauce, the Tabasco chili sauce and the red chili sauce. Adjust with salt. Mix well.
Cover with a lid and reduce the heat to low. Let cook for about 10-15 minutes or until the chicken legs are evenly cooked.
Remove the lid and let dry the juices on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat, add crushed black pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve hot.
Perfect with a side of steamed rice.
