Wash and clean the Brussels Sprouts. Slice the onion in medium-thick slices.
Cube the ham. Remove the skin from the sausages and crumble their meat
In a large skillet heat the oil.
Pan fry the Brussels Sprouts with the onions for about 4-5 minutes or until the onion is caramelized.
Add the crumbled sausages and the cubed ham and saute for additional 5 minutes stirring frequently.
Adjust with salt and pepper and pour the whole bottle of beer in the pan.
Cover and let cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
At this point, uncover and let evaporate the remaining beer.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
