Cooking Directions:

Wash the purple kale and the red onion

Cut the purple kale and the onion. Mince the garlic

Saute garlic and red onions in extra virigin olive oil

add kale

stir and let cook

add the wine, let evaporate

add mustard

adjust salt and pepper
