Pizzaiola Steak - Recipe
The recipe for the well known Italian "bistecca alla pizzaiola" with beef steak, mozzarella cheese and ham. An easy and quick recipe for a delicious meal!

In a large heavy pan, cook the steaks almost to desired doneness.
When almost ready, lay a slice of ham on top of the patty.
Lay a mozzarella cheese and cover each steak with 1-2 tbsps of tomato (either sauce or diced)
Add some oregano and adjust with salt, to taste
Cover and continue to cook at medium heat until the mozzarella cheese is melted.
Best served with steamed rice or your best choice of french fries
