Steak with Mushrooms Sauce - Recipe
An easy recipe for a delicious and yummy oven baked steak dressed with an exquisite mushroom sauce that will win all your guests with its delicate, peculiar flavor!

Preheat the oven at 400F.
Cook the beef steak in the oven for about 30 minutes
In the meantime, in a large pan, saute the minced onion in the extra virgin olive oil until slightly brown then add the sliced mushrooms.
Adjust with salt and cook for about 6-7 minutes.
When ready let chill the cooked mushrooms for a few minutes then blend in the mixer with the unsalted butter.
When the steak is ready, take out from the oven. If the meat is a whole piece, cut in slices. Lay on the plates, adjust with salt and generously spread with the mushrooms.
Garnish with some Italian parsley and serve still hot
