Cauliflowers with Anchovies and Black Olives - Recipe


Cauliflowers with Anchovies and Black Olives is a yummy side dish. A perfect recipe to accompany a chicken or a seafood meal or standalone.

Ingredients


Cauliflowers

1 Big

Anchovies

3

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 tbsps

Black Olives, pitted and sliced

6 tbsps

Salt

tbsp

Pepper

to taste

Parmigiano cheese, shaved

3 tbsps



Cooking Instructions


  • Wash and clean the cauliflower and cut it in big pieces.
  • Boil the cauliflower in abundant salty water for about 10 minutes. When ready drain.
  • In a large skillet melt the anchovies in the olive oil at low heat.
  • Add the sliced black olives and the cauliflower. Adjust of salt and pepper.
  • Cook the cauliflowers for additional 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot topping with the shaved parmigiano cheese.

Tips:


Instead of boiling the cauliflowers you can microwave them for 5 minute at maximum power with half a cup of water.
