Oven Baked Potatoes - Recipe

Potatoes
8Garlic

Cooking Directions:
Peal and wash the potatoes. Cut them in large pieces.
Spread the potatoes in a large oven safe baking pan. Add the garlic and dress with oil and butter flakes. Adjust of salt. Stir well.
Bake in the preheated oven at 350F for 60 minutes or until brown.
Tips:
For a more crunchy potato crust move them in the lower part of the broiler for the last 5 minutes of baking.
Microwave the potatoes pieces for 10 minutes before cooking it will cut in half the time in the oven.
