Soyaki Chicken Breasts - Recipe
An easy recipe for chicken breast that will give your meal an original Asian twist. Enjoy this sweet and savory white meat with a side of steamed rice or steamed veggies for a light, healthy meal.

Cooking Directions:
Cut the chicken breast in 1 inch large pieces.
Heat the oil in a large non stick pan and add the chicken. Cook for 5 minutes until the exterior appears brownish.
Lay the chicken in a salad bowl with its juice and cover with the soyaki Sauce. Adjust of salt and pepper. Let marinade for at least 20 minutes.
Move the chicken breast and his marinade back to the same pan used before. Add up to 4 spoons of water or chicken broth if too dry.
Cover the pan and cook thoroughly at medium to low heat for about 20-25 minutes or until ready.
Serve the chicken breasts covered in their own sauce with a side of steam rice.
Tips:
This recipe doesn't require additional seasoning. The Soyaki sauce is already flavored.
If you cannot find Soyaki sauce, a good substitute is called Very Very Teriyaki.
Make your Own Soyaki Sauce:
You can make your own Soyaki Sauce by mixing 10 oz of Soy sauce, 2 oz of teriyaki sauce a little bit of grated ginger root, 1 spoon of sesame seeds, 2 spoons of sesame oil, garlic and onion powder.
