Wash and clean the cauliflower and cut it in big pieces.
Boil the cauliflower in abundant salty water for about 10 minutes. When ready drain.
In a large skillet melt the anchovies in the olive oil at low heat.
Add the sliced black olives and the cauliflower. Adjust of salt and pepper.
Cook the cauliflowers for additional 5 minutes.
Serve hot topping with the shaved parmigiano cheese.
Instead of boiling the cauliflowers you can microwave them for 5 minute at maximum power with half a cup of water.
