Sangria - RecipeSangria is a traditional alcoholic drink from Spain made of fruit and red wine. This recipe explain how to prepare a fresh and stunning Sangria cocktail. Preparation time: 15 minutes Total time: 480 minutes
Ingredients

Cooking Instructions
- In a large bowl mix the red wine with sugar, brandy, cloves, cinnamon, the vanillin, the juice of half lemon and the juice of one orange. Stir well.
- Wash the fruits but don't peel them. Cube half orange, the apple and the two peaches. Cut the other half of the orange and half lemon in thin slices.
- Pour the fruits in the red wine and stir well. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrapper and place it in the fridge for at least eight hours before serving.
- Before serving add the sparkling water and few ice cubes if desired.
Tips:
If you like a sweeter Sangria cocktail you can substitute the sparkling water with some citrus flavored soda.
For the wine we suggest a non sparkling red wine like a Bonarda wine, a Cannonau or a red Salice Salentino.
