Potato Salad - Recipe
Potato salad is a great and versatile starter that can be adapted to any occasion. In this recipe we suggest a potato salad with frankfurters, eggs, onions and red peppers. Delicious and tasty!

Wash the potatoes, boil them in abundant water. When ready, cool them under running water and peel. Cube the potatoes.
In a small pot, boil the eggs for about 8 minutes and let cool. Peel them and cut in small pieces.
Boil the frankfurters until ready, let cool and slice them.
Cut the onion and the red pepper in pieces.
Mix potatoes, onions, red peppers. frankfurters and eggs in a large serving bowl. Add the black olives and the mayonnaise. Adjust with salt and pepper and mix well.
You can substitute the frankfurters with chicken or beef meat to make a delicious chicken or beef potato salad.
You can customize your own potato salad, adding cubed cheese or the vegetables you like more, such as carrots, pickles or giardiniera salad.
