Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti Pasta

    1 lb
  • Peas

    15 oz
  • Cooked Ham

    4 slices
  • Onions (small)

  • Table Cream

    8 oz
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    2 tbsps
  • Salt

    to taste
  • Black Pepper

    to taste

Cooking Directions:

Wash, clean and chop the onion and cube the cooked ham. Clean, sort and boil the peas, if fresh. Drain them if canned or use as they are if frozen.

In a large pot, bring to boil enough water to cook the pasta. When boiling, add salt. Add the spaghetti pasta and cook until al dente as directed in the box.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a large non stick pan.

Caramelize the chopped onions, then add the cooked ham.

Stir fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously.

Add the peas and saute for additional 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the table cream in the sauce, mix well and turn off the heat.

When the spaghetti pasta is ready, drain and dress with the ham, peas and table cream sauce.

Top with grated cheese if desired and serve.
