Wash the vegetables. Cut the papaya in cubes, the salad in pieces, slice the red onion and the cucumber. Cube the red pepper. Slice the mushrooms.
Cut the feta cheese in small cubes and the smoked turkey slices in pieces.
Add all the ingredients in a large bowl and 5 oz
Dress with the olive oil and adjust with salt and pepper.
