For the Potato Patties:
Prepare the Pan Fried Potato Patties ↪ as described in the link. Briefly, boil the potatoes and mash them. Let cool, mix with white monterey cheese and onions. Shape into patties, coat with yellow corn meal and pan fry in sunflower oil.
For the Peanut Butter Sauce:
Prepare Peanut Butter Dressing Sauce ↪ as described in the link. Saute onion and garlic in sunglower oil, add cumin and roasted peanuts. At this point add the chopped tomatoes the milk and the peanut butter.
Serve the Potato Patties with Peanut Butter Sauce:
